well this kind of windmills are found only at the island of crete (not used today but some keep them for sight seeing reasons) very effective low cost constructions (my grand father had on too and the first designs were wooden), used for pumping up water and indeed Don Quixote would not have found here a target worth enough for breaking his neck !!!!!!!!!!!
